适用范围:PCB 厂金相实验室取样用。(适用于覆铜板即没有装配元件的 PCB 板)

1. Max sample cutting size 最大取样尺寸: L*W*H=50*50*8mm
2. Min Sample cutting size 最小取样尺寸: 5*5*8mm
3. Sample size: can be set according to customer requirement (normal size is 20*15mm)
样品尺寸: 可根据客户要求设定(一般为 20*15mm)
4. Max board size: 16”*24” (can take sample at any place of the board)
台面尺寸 16*24"(能取到 PCB 板的任何位置) 喉深:28cm
5. Machine spindle spec: 25000r/min/220V/50Hz
取样机主轴:25000r/min/220V/50Hz
6. Machine router spec: 1/8” (can change router size according your requirement, but we recommend size is 2.0mm )
取样机锣刀:1/8”(自由更换锣刀,推荐 2.0mm)
7. Router stepping in a method: when the setting is finished, the router gets inside automatically, and when the routing finished, the router automatically go out.
进刀方式:设定好取样尺寸后自动进刀,直至切片被完全取出
